Terms of Service
Effective July 1, 2026
1. Who we are
NYC Property Intelligence (“PropIntel”, the “Service”) is operated by Unified Software Corp., D/B/A Unified Building Pro (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The Service
PropIntel aggregates publicly available New York City property information — including violations, permits, tax records, compliance deadlines, comparable sales, and parking violations — to help landlords and managers track their properties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data sourced from third-party or government records, and the Service is not legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. Subscriptions & size-based pricing
PropIntel is billed per property, priced by the property's size as determined from NYC records:
- 1–2 family home: $5.00/month per property.
- 3+ unit building: $9.99/month per property.
Each property is billed as its own recurring monthly line item, and the property's street address appears on your emailed invoice. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout and on each invoice. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
4. Billing cycle & free trial
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically on an ongoing 30-day cycle, and your payment method is charged at the start of each cycle for every property on your plan, plus tax, until you cancel.
When you add a property to an existing subscription, billing for that property begins on your next 30-day cycle. New properties are not pro-rated — you are not charged a partial-period amount when a property is added mid-cycle.
5. Cancellation — no pro-ration, no refunds
You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current 30-day billing cycle, and you retain access until then.
Cancellations are not pro-rated, and early cancellation is not refunded. We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for any unused portion of a billing cycle, for properties removed mid-cycle, or for periods during which the Service was not used.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only for properties you own or manage or are otherwise authorized to track. You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute data from the Service, or attempt to circumvent billing or access controls.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms or pricing from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
